Can anyone help me how to modify the display of URL Listing from default
to somthing like "google style"?
Website Name
WEbsite description is displyed on the second and third line
http://url_here.dot
Is it possible?
which part if to be edited?

Yes, it's possible. You should edit this file templates/cat.tpl
