Perhaps I was too lasy to look harder, but I was unable to find the licence under which the SkaLinks is given. It only says "Free link management script".

Can I localise it in an other language? You get to keep all the credits, and I'll e-mail the translated code too. Do you allow that?

Of course we do allow any modifications and we will definitely appreciate if you share your translations/cool hacks with others.

Actually the credits with the link to SkaLinks site is the only thing you should keep throughout your installed script - this is the only license condition.
