How do you connect a subtemplate to the Optional Message sending mail ? ALso when I send from that no name appears in teh email in the header

To connect letter subtemplate, use in main template tag <LinkBackMessage>

I do not understand what you are saying >>>> If yuo make a subtemplate and put in what ever then how do you add that to Optional Message sending mail permanently ??? I wnat to use that so if a link is missing I can send out by just pushing the send mail button.

Optional message is specially for admin, if he want to send one short message to link owner.
you can configure Letter Subtemplates for every category, and this subtemplate will be inserted into the main mail.
