Could someone explain what the PR bar does? Is that google pr or internal pr. I figured out he star pr but this is different right. It doesnt seem to be working anyway. I have a personal website with pr 4 and it shows a 0 on my site.

PR takes from google server. You can find it in getPR function in component.php file in SkaLinks_include folder.
And if the data is different, I think , that there are some difference on google server.
Also, if you see all sites with PR 0 in you directory, then, may be you have some problems with your hosting, wich do not allow remote connections. Please, ask them about it.

Is this script get PR of cuurent page? And is this script allow to get PR by link? If it is, well, no problem, just modify php code, and it will work.

I dont know about that. It is just a code I got from http://www.prchecker.info/ to check other pages I had. I was just wondering if there was something I could do on my end if one script worked and one didn't. I would rather use the internal code if possible. I installed into two dirs down...root/art/link/ if that would make a difference...just to loook what file or tpl is the code used in?

It is not so easy. Modification, which you are wanting need to modify php code and database structure.
We can make this custom modification for a little payment or you can do it by yourself.
