Hello dave
You looked the URL, that you give me. Well, SkaLinks have special Email system with letter templates and subtemplates. What it means:
When you installed SkaLinks, go to Settings page, there you can find letter templates, wich you can modify as you want, there are 4 templates:
1. Message that script send to email when link was approved by editor;
2. Message that sciprt send to email when link was added by editor;
3. Message that script send to email when link was modified by editor;
4. Message that script send to email when link was deleted by editor;
Also, may be you will ask me, on what email script send message?
The message is send on email, which was inserted in Email field for link.
And it is not, go to Letter Templates page here you can find one subtemplate, and here you can add, delete or modify new letter subtemplates, what it means?
Did you see <LinkBackMessage> variable in letter templates on Settings page? Well, the letter subtemplates are inserted by script on main templates, when message is generated.
By default, script insert default letter subtemplate, when message is generated in all categories. You can submit your special subtemplate for category for example Cars, and when new link will be added, deleted, approved or modified in Cars category, script will insert this scpecial subtemplate in message, which will be send. And all this you can do for every category , as you want.
