When someone need to add link, there is form to fill for » Linkback URL:*
(Page address that contains reciprocal link.)
But the visitor does not knowing the title, description and URL of our site. So, they always did not add linkback URL until receive email.
How to tell the visitor our site title, description and URL for that purpose? So they can put our link before they submit am add link.
link exchange

Hello Xchange,
First, you can set backlink field as required one in the admin panel → settings menu.
Second, when you approve a link, the owner of that link receives e-mail automatically. In this e-mail all your site info (URL, title, description, etc.) is given. This info can be edited in letter templates menu and in settings menu → letter templates.
If you have more questions please, do not hesitate to ask.
Good luck!
