Normally, link exchange software should check link back before finished submission.
I tested at DEMO. There isn't this function.

Thank you for your note! Of course we have this function to check reciprocal links to main site with SkaLinks script installed. In first, when the link is added, script verify : is this link already exists in database, then, verify HTTP status of this link, than script adds link to database and sents the message by email. Script doesn't check reciprocal link during process add link. You should make it staying in category with this link. But when we read your post, we tested the function of check reciprocal links again, and we discivered, that this function works unstably. We correct this problem in new version of SkaLinks.
