You pick up files from different directories into single one. This is cluttered dump. More over there are missing some templates and classes that was changed. Finally this is not patch at all. Patch is file proudced by diff -ur command. Remove it.

You pick up files from different directories into single one. bug, what does you mean?
SkaLinks_1_3_1.tar.gz/SkaLinks_1_3_1.zip is the the patched version of ver.1.3, if you wnat to upgrade your version 1.3 to ver.1.3.1, you can open
SkaLinks_ChangeLog_1_3_to_1_3_1.htm in ver.1.3.1 package archive, (did look this file? ), where you can find all statements, which is nessesary to upgrade the script to 1.3.1 ver from 1.3.
Or , if you don't want to rewrite code, or redownload all package, you can download archive with files, which is necessary to replace in ver.1.3, that's, may be I didn't understand, what did you mean? Please, be more specify

And the changes, which were done in 1.3.1 version are only in php modules, and if you didn't change anything in this modules, then, all you need to upgrade the version, just replace this files ( in patch_1_3_1.tar.gz/patch_1_3_1.zip file(s)), else, use ChangeLog :)
By the way, bug, you said, that you have russian language file, whould you send it us, please?

I mean that You move some files from admin directory to root. And everybody should investigate which file is where from. Not only php files were changed. I have posted You output of diff command applied to Your original versions of Skalinks. I don't touch it. This is so named "patch" completely unusable, remove it. About translation. I am trying adjust Your new version with code modified by me. Your "patch" take a time. If You want, I send You diff for old version. Then You will adjust it for new version and upload 1_3_1 with Russian support or send to me directly. Is it OK?
