After I downloaded the zip file and unzipped, the compile directory along with the cache directory is not present.
I get:
Fatal error: Smarty error: the $compile_dir '/hshome/wporte01/contemporees.org/directory/compile/' does not exist, or is not a directory. in D:\hshome\wporte01\contemporees.org\directory\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1084

There are all necessary files and folders in archive. Or if they didn't unpack on your computer, try to create them again.
