Hi Im actualy having this same problem.
It appears or I thin kInstalll went fine, howevr I seem to get this error message when I log in to control Panel. I re did install and still had this same issue and have double checked file permissions. Any help appreciated . Im really excited to get this directory up and running

Your hosting does not support remote fopen:
There are two variants of problem resolving:
1) you should enable remote fopen connection on your hosting;
2) Cut the part of the code in admin/index.php file, which runs this remote fopen connection.
