Hello! I'm getting the following error when I go to install skalinks (its on a different website then before in a recent post).
Warning: main(headers.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hsphere/local/home/andrewcu/to-mesothelioma.com/links/index.php on line 21
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'headers.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /hsphere/local/home/andrewcu/to-mesothelioma.com/links/index.php on line 21
Obviously, it's not creating the headers.php for some reason, any ideas?

Please, be more attentivly, during reading installation manual ( http://www.skalinks.com/inst_manual.php ) for running installation process, upload all files to hosting and go to http://your_domain/skalinks_dir/install/ URL,
