First, Thank you for a nice script which hopefully will be helpful for my purpose.
I installed into a directory called /dir/ exactl like the script suggested but when I call up the script as a user it offers me to add a category - but as soon as I type in a category i get this alert You can not create new category in the root directory!
How can I add categories PLEASE help
I feel stupid since I seem to be the only one with this problem.
Thank you

Hi Anonymous
Only editor can add and create categories in the root directory, the visitors only can submit categories for approve in other categories not in root directory.
Thank you for using our product!

Hello:
Thank you for your quick help - BUT in control Panel I do not see or find any "link" to allow me to make catecories.
I can see "rebuild" categories" when i click says "categories were rebuild" or " Approve" which does not react because there are none to be approved .
Where do I click (in the control panel) to create category ? I tried the whole menu on top but nothing. i have the following menu in admin
Directory | Find URL | Directory Tree | Advertisement | Letter Templates | Settings | Editors | Control Panel
Maybe you would want to look at my dir/admin/ ???
Or has it got something to do with permissiones ?
Please help me out - otherwise the script seems ok.
Thank you.

Hi Anonymous
Well, in first, login in SkaLinks as editor, then, go to main page "Directory" link in naviagation panel, then click "Add Category" in navigation panel, insert the name of category and the nameof folder in file system for this category, then click "Submit Category" button. So you adds the new category in root directory. Please, add other category just as. That's all :)
Thank you!

Hello Anonymous
Please, check, is it really that categories are created? And if they created, there are two files in every category must be: index.php and listing.php. Are they here? If not, please, ask you hosting administrator, may be your hosting server works in save mode?
Thank's!
