Hi Ceylon,
There should be Index.php file, please check it once more. If there are no any files it means that the script didn't generate them. And that is the server adjustment error.

No, it is not MySql error.
Try to reinstall the script, following installation manual.

I've reinstalled the script. No Chance...
What about the .htaccess file? I dont have such a file.
EDIT:
I delete the files and upload it again together with the .htaccess file. Than i change the permisson and installed the script. But i got the same problem again.

I have the same exact problem. No .htaccess file and and no index file for any category. When I downloaded the script there was no .htaccess file in the folder.
Any ideas?

Unzip Skalinks and use the FTP Client WS FTP to upload to the server.
With WS FTP you can see the .htaccess file.
@ Skalinks: You should deliver the .htaccess file as htaccess.txt.

I fixed the problem. Now everything works fine!
Solution: I deleted the .htaccess file!
