I've seen that adding a link in a category, move the others...the first become second, the second become third....and so on.
Is possible to "fix" the position...when I add a link it will be placed after the others...?

Yes, it is possible. But you should do some changes in the code.

As I've said above it is not so easy. Having changed just one file you will not solve this problem. The whole script must be modifyed.

A big problem with this is the url for some listings will change as more links are added and cause reciprocal link checkers from partners to say we are not linking to them anymore and then delete our listing.

Has this issue been resolved as I am having exactly the same sort of problem. The non-static nature of the page placement is causing auto link back checking to fail.
