We installed the skalinks directory but it's not showing the pagerank image. Some websites are PR5 but it shows not PR.
Can anyone suggest whats wrong.

Page rank can not work only if your hosting does not allow remote connections, or your site is banned by google.

What do you mean by hosting does not allow?
Can you please be more specific as I have my own servers and if i come to know what is required to make it work I can and I will do it.
Site is not banned by google.
Can you please guide me what settings to be changed if any on server to make it work.

Try to search "PHP remote connections" in Google search engine. I think, you'll find information how to set it.

Cant find anything about the topic, that gives me a answer.
How can i test if my server does not support that feature.
It would be nice, if there would be anything said in the installation about that function.

Hello all,
This problem occurs if Remote Connection option is disabled on your hosting. You should ask your hosting provider to enable this option.

Here you can find a little explaination about the problem. If you know php can solve the problem, otherwise you must attend a new version (I hope the skalink staff solve it!).

You've made a really good competitor of esyndicat IMHO!
Just a little correction of security bug (some host don't permit the install!) and some fix (Pagerank...) and that's a really great tool!
