Anyway to get a files I can upload to a directory on my site that already has all the most known link categories? It will take me months to create all the catgories.

Now we don't have the dump with empty categories, but in future will include in script package the DMOZ dump with categories. But also, if you now create the empry categories without links then it will be badly for your site, also you whould create categroies and create the links there at once, then it will be nice for your site.
