I have managed to create, modify or delete ads in the past, that's no longer the case. Nothing happens when I click add/modify/delete. Seems the script is no longer working. Can anyone help with an idea?

Hello Vladimir,
Your banner's code consists of form's tags. As a result, these tags block form's tags of the package.
You should delete these ads from base in dir_ads table.
