I try to upload a backup file in my admin control panel with no results
I change every chmod permission to 777. What's the problem?

I think it is a database backup not a program backup. Try to run the backup script in your phpMySQL. This will overwrite your databae.

If you want to back up the programs, the easiest way is to use backup functions in your web Server admin control panel (i.e. backup entire domain) or simply FTP the domain to your local machine.
