i changed webhosting,but how i can quickest way restore all in my new hosting? i have home directory backup and sql dump,but how restore them? No luck with that yet,please help me

Use phpMyAdmin to run the sql
Do a fresh install of the SKA on your new host first - and be sure to use the exact same db name or you will have to reconfigure !
