Hello Steve Myers
Go to "Settings" page and choose URL display option, there disable ModRewrite option.

You have this problem, because your hosting does not support ModRewrite, we strongly recomend this feature for link exchange and site index by google, you may try to change hosting for desicion this problem.

Thank you

Hello Steve Myers
Well, you can try to ask about modrewrite support on your hosting provider, may be they tell you decision, also, whould you send send us username and pass to login to your directory as editor and FTP attributes, and I will try to fix it.

Thank you!

I had this problem when I forgot to chmod the upload the .htaccess file and chmod it and the directories to 777. I usually use Dreamweaver and it doesn't show the .htaccess file, so I went into my control panel and uploaded it as a 777 chmod (because I can't usually see hidden .filenames there, either).
