I installed this script on two different servers. When it creates a folder for each category, it creates a file in each folder called index.php but when I browse through categories through a browser, it links to the category folder and index.html, not php. Whats the cause for this? When I browse to the php file, its blank, so I dont understand how to add urls? Can someone give me some advice here?

When you go to category and see index.html - it is working mod rewrite . You can configure mod rewrite settings on Settings page.
Also, for add new link, please, go to specify category and click Add Link .

When I try to add an URL I get... The requested URL /directory/paintballfields/index.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
