The white space at the bottom of the directory, I want to add html in it. Which file do I modify? I thought it was footer, but the footer is below the space I want to edit. And the white space is above the bottom ad.

Also, in the nav bar up top, I wanted to add some more links. when I tried, it did not work.
I added them as <a class="menu_nav" href="domain.com>Link</a> right under <div id="navigation_center">

Ok, that white space is an image, header_bg.gif & it is the same as the one at top. Thing is, I am making a custom header & was going to name it the same so I dont have to modify file, I can just upload, so, now looks I have to modify.. what file is the header_bg.gif in.. I can't find it.. maybe I'm looking wrong place.. sorry if I ask too many qustions....

Is that not the space for the bottom advert?
Put your HTML in an ad at the bottom,this my help! (as long as its not a google form)

Oh, no. I'm not looking for the images. I want to add html to display text, etc on top of the image? see screencap link.

Try to add an ad in this space and write any text into the ad field, which you wish. You can do it on "Advertisement" page and "Add advertisement" page.

I tried that at the top and the text is so small I cant read it? It it for simple text or is that for like a banner or something?

This is just a white space ( this is image ). And if you want ot insert some text, you need to edit cat.tpl and index.tpl templates.
