Is there a users manual for this script. I am trying to find out if in the settings page, whether or not I am suppose to modify the default .
here is the default----

Now Am I suppose to edit everything between <>
or is this suppose to be added from when I ran Install.php?

No you do not have to modify it unless you want to The items in the <> have to be there that is what is put there auto by the script Like <our_LinksEmail>
= to your Links email adress that you put in the script

where do you go to edit those variables that you can put into the email template....also can I add my own varibles as well?

You can find the list of variables in Settings page. Also, you can add your own tags only if you imlemente this tags to php code.
