I am getting this error in my footer.
if ( ( !$ADMIN ) || ( $ADMIN && $_output.show_admin_ads ) )
Can someone help me fix it? Thanks.
I was trying to add my own footer and edited footer.tpl and when I saw that didn't work, I removed my code but it somehow broke the display at the bottom, I downloaded the file again and re-uploaded the un-edited one and it's still outputting this error.

Ok I fixed that, now my only issue is my ads don't show anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Colleen.
Enter the page "Settings" and check the argument ads display. If there 0(show ads only for visitors) then replace it for 1(show ads for all).

DId you madify templates on template files?
For example, in index.tpl must be this code:
in the high part of file :
{assign var=type value=cat}
in the center:
<tr><td>{show_ads id=$_output.cat_info.ID type=$type position=left}</td></tr>
Does you know, how to add ads on every page?

In first, go "Advertisement page", and there create your ads ( banners, google ads and etc. ), then, for example, you want to add ads on your main page in header. Go to main page, click the link " Add Advertisement to page", then choise the ads, which you want to add and position of this ads on a page. Go to main main page, and see the result. Also, when you added the ads on a main page in footer, in other categories and subcategories will be this ads in footer, while you will set other ads for other category, since the subcategories will have this new ads and etc.
This system approach for google ads very nice.
