Hi,
I have installed this good script for my site ( www.psikotoplist.com )
But the language which I used in this site is the Turkish language.
In header section charset value as follow
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=windows-1251" >
I want to change windows-1251 to windows-1254 to correct some Turkish charters.
But I couldnt find in any file to correct this value.
Would you help me about this problem.
