When You submit link the message sent is that should be when link approved. And vice versa: when You approve link the message sent is that should be when link submitted.

Hello bug.
This is not a bug, we have a bit changed the conditions of messages sending (we have already uploaded a new code on site). When the visitor submits a link to approve, the message is being sent which is marked as Message that is sent when visitor add a link for approve. And when the editor approves or submits a new link, the message is being sent which is marked as Message that is sent when a link is submitted.

Admin, please take Your new tarball and install it from scratch. You will see this bug:
When user submit link, he receive mail "link approved"
When editor approve link, submitter receive mail "link submitted".
This is not bug? What is it?

Yes, this is not a bug. Now, when the visitor submits a link the message is being sent and when the editor submits or approves a link the message is being sent too. So, that's all right.
